French President Nicolas Sarkozy (C), flanked by French Foreign Affairs Minister Bernard Kouchner (2ndL) welcomes (LtoR) US First Lady Laura Bush, US Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice, Imam (spirtual leader) of the Shia Imami Ismaili Muslims, the Aga Khan, and Afghan President Hamid Karzai at the Kleber Center on June 12, 2008 in Paris. They attend in the French capital the international donors conference to raise billions of dollars in aid for Afghanistan with the United States set to contribute 10 billion dollars.
