NETHERLANDS-HOSTAGE-CRIME
A burnt car is seen in front of the city hall of Almelo, on June 16, 2008. An armed man was holding four people hostage in the town hall at Almelo, in the eastern Netherlands, the ANP news agency and NOS radio said, quoting local police.
