Russia's Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin speaks on the sidelines of an investors conference on June 17, 2008 in Moscow. A spiralling dispute between British oil giant BP and its Russian partners should end in a "civilized way" and will have no effect on the investment climate, a senior Russian minister said.
