ICELAND-ZOO-ANIMALS-POLAR
This photo taken on June 16, 2008 shows a lost polar bear in a field near the town of Hraun, some 80 kms from the town of Sudarkrokkur, in Iceland, after it was discovered by a 12-year-old girl out walking her dog. The bear, who must have swum hundreds of kilometers from the Arctic since the animals are not native to the island, is expected to be rescued after Iceland asked a zoo in Copenhagen to assist in the capture and rescue of the bear.
