FRANCE-RIOTS-ARRESTS-VILLIERS-LE-BEL
(FILES) A picture taken on February 18, 2008 shows French policemen arresting a man during a major pre-dawn operation in and around Villiers-le-Bel, a northern Paris suburb, targeting the suspected ringleaders of riots in November 2007. Violence flared up in the area after two teenagers died in a motorbike crash with a police car. Pontoise's prosecutor Marie-Therese de Givry said on June 18, 2008 that 27 were charged and 5 were held in custody following this operation. AFP PHOTO FRANCK FIFE
