The surviving victims of child rapist Marc Dutroux made an emotional return Tuesday to the dungeon-like cellar where he incarcerated and abused them eight years ago, as participants in his trial viewed the crime scene. Dutroux himself, as well as judges, lawyers, court officials and the families of the victims were driven to the house in Marcinelle, a suburb of the grimy Belgian southern city of Charleroi, for the day-s viewing.
