SKOREA-NKOREA-PANMUNJOM
North Koreans work the field of Kijong-dong near Panmunjom, inside the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) between North and South Korea, 28 April 2004. North Korea agreed to push ahead with planned cabinet-level talks with South Korea next month despite a deadly train explosion in the impoverished communist state. The agreement came as a South Korean delegation headed for North Korea to discuss deliveries of urgent relief supplies to the victims of the deadly blast in North Korea-s northern town of Ryongchon.
