BELGIUM-JUSTICE-CHILDSEX-DUTROUX-MAGNEE
Xavier Magnee, chief defence lawyer for Belgian child kidnapper and rapist Marc Dutroux, is seen at the end of a break in the trial of his client at Arlon-s assize court, 28 april 2004. Magnee said Today after meeting Dutroux that he had decided to continue to represent him.
Earlier in the day rumours had circulated that the lawyer was about to quit the hearings in the court in the southeastern town, which he declined to confirm or deny. He was reported to have clashed with his client. AFP PHOTO GERARD CERLES
