In this photograph released by the US Navy July 1, 2008 shows Super PUMA helicopters airlift bottled water from the deck of the Military Sealift Command combat stores ship USNS Niagara Falls (T-AFS 3) on June 29, 2008 to the typhoon devastated Kalibo province in central Philippines island of Panay in the wake of Typhoon Fengshen. The US Navy helicopters are from the San Diego-based guided-missile frigate USS Thach (FFG 46) assigned to the Ronald Reagan Carrier Strike Group which is working at the request of the Philippine government to help provide humanitarian assistance and disaster relief to victims of Typhoon Fengshen.
