Supporters of firebrand Shiite cleric Moqtada Sadr use the new Iraqi flag a matt to put their slippers and shoes during Friday noon prayer at Baghdad Muslim Shiite Sadr City neighborhood 30 April 2004 as a sign of refusal to the newly designed banner. Sheikh Abdel Hadi al-Daraji, refused in his Friday sermon speech to accept the decision of the Iraqi governing council to change the Iraqi flag saying that only the people of Iraqi have the right to do that.
