French ambassador to Argentina Frederic Du Laurens (R) delivers a speech after giving documents about Argentinian citizens exiled in France during the country' s dictatorship (1976-1983) to Ramon Torres Molina (L) president of the National Archive of the Memory, during a ceremony in which Human Rights secretary Eduardo Luis Duhalde (2nd L) and adviser of the Human Rights Secretary Rodolfo Matarolo, took part on July 23, 2008 in Buenos Aires.
