Polish Prime Minister Leszek Miller left office on Sunday after President Aleksander Kwasniewski formally accepted his resignation. Marek Belka, designated as Polish prime minister on Sunday, is an experienced economist who has served as his country-s finance minister and run economic policy in Iraq for the US-led coalition.
