FILES-US-DISNEY-BUSH

(FILES): This 03 March 2004 file photo shows shareholders waiting in line next to a statue of Walt Disney character "Mickey Mouse" before the start of the company-s annual meeting of the shareholders at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Walt Disney group said 05 May 2004 it has banned its Miramax Films subsidiary from distributing a documentary by award winning director Michael Moore critical of US President George W. Bush-s alleged links to the family of al-Qaeda-s leader. Moore-s film, "Farenheit 911," criticizes Bush policies before the September 11 terrorist attacks on the United States and alleges financial connections between the Bush family, its associates and prominent Saudi Arabian families, including that of Osama bin Laden. An entry at this month-s Cannes Film Festival, the documentary closely explores the US government-s role in the evacuation of bin Laden relatives from the United States after the September 11 attacks.
Moore describes the film as a "comedy." AFP PHOTO/FILES/Timothy A. CLARY
