FILES-US-BUSH-DISNEY
(FILES): This 30 September 2003 file photo shows US President George W. Bush holding an autograph book with the image of Walt Disney character "Mickey Mouse", presented to him at a Bush-Cheney 2004 Reception in Chicago, Illinois. The Walt Disney group said 05 May 2004 it has banned its Miramax Films subsidiary from distributing a documentary by award-winning US director Michael Moore critical of Bush-s alleged links to the family of al-Qaeda-s leader. Moore-s film, "Farenheit 911," criticizes Bush policies before the 11 September 2001 terrorist attacks on the United States and alleges financial connections between the Bush family, its associates and prominent Saudi Arabian families, including that of Osama bin Laden. An entry at this month-s Cannes Film Festival, the documentary closely explores the US government-s role in the evacuation of bin Laden relatives from the United States after the September 11 attacks. Moore describes the film as a "comedy." AFP PHOTO/FILES/Paul J. RICHARDS
