OLY-2008-CLOSING-CERMONY
IOC president Jacques Rogge (R) hands the Olympic flag over to the Mayor of London Boris Johnson during the closing ceremony for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games at the National Stadium also know as the "Bird's Nest" on August 24, 2008.
