SPAIN-AIR-ACCIDENT-VICTIMS
The coffin with the remains of Spaniard Marcos Hernandez killed in the Barajas airport plane crash last August 20, is taken to San Lazaro's cementey on August 24, 2008 on the spanish Canary island of Gran Canaria. Four days after the Madrid air disaster, distraught families of most of the victims were still desperately waiting for their loved ones to be identified so they can hold funeral services. Bodies of the victims of the Madrid air disaster began arriving on August 22 in the Canary Islands, the home of about half of the passengers on the doomed flight that caused 153 fatalities.
