This video grab from BBC World News taken on August 28, 2008 shows Briton Iain Bonomy, presiding judge in the trial against Bosnian Serb wartime leader Radovan Karadzic, speaking in the UN's Yugoslav warcrimes court in The Hague on August 28, 2008 during Karadzic's second appearance before the court which is trying him for genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity. Karadzic, 63, was arrested in Belgrade six weeks ago, 13 years after the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia issued an indictment against him over a campaign of "ethnic cleansing" during the 1992-95 Bosnian war in which 100,000 people died.
