BOSNIA-WARCRIMES-KARADZIC-REACTS

Bosnian Serb wartime leader, Radovan Karadzic made a second appearance before Warcrimes Tribunal in Hague, during which, he was expected to enter pleas on 11 counts of warcimes, including genocide, siege and excessive bombing of Sarajevo.
