FRANCE-CANADA-WWII-AVIATION
Canadian colonel Pierre Saint-Cyr (C) liaison officer of the Inter-Army forces in Brunssum (The Netherlands) listens to Canadian veteran airman Barry Needham (R) during his speech at Monts d'Eraines airfield near Falaise, Western France on August 31, 2008 during the inauguration ceremony of a monument on behalf of the 17.000 Canadian airmen killed during World War II. Needham whose Spitfifire MK was gunned down over Bons Tassily on July 07, 1944 willl receive an engine parts of his Spitfire which was retrieved on June 2006.
