Bolivia's Foreign Minister David Choquehuanca speaks during a press conference on September 11, 2008 in La Paz. Choquehuanca announced the government's decision to expell US ambassador Philip Goldberg and that he has up to 72 hours to leave Bolivia. President Evo Morales on Wednesday accused Goldberg of contributing to divisions in the country which the government warned was headed towards "civil war," declared him persona non grata and ordered him expelled.
