LATVIA-NATO-ZATLERS-SCHEEFFER
NATO Secretary-General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer (L) and Latvian President Valdis Zatlers (R) give a press conferece after their meeting in Riga on September 12, 2008. Scheffer is to hold talks with foreign ministers from the Baltic states, amid growing concern there about Russia's actions in Georgia. Scheffer will also watch over a NATO naval exercise "Open Spirit 2008."
