In this September 14, 2008 US Navy handout image shows the deck of a self-propelled, semi-submersible craft seized September 13, 2008 by the guided-missile frigate USS McInerney (FFG 8). A US Coast Guard law enforcement detachment embarked aboard the USS McInerney, seized the vessel and four suspected smugglers September 13 with seven tons of cocaine aboard about 350 miles west of Guatemala in the waters of the Eastern Pacific Ocean.
