SERBIA-DJINDJIC TRIAL MILORAD LUKOVIC LEGIJA 3
Guarded by security officers, the alleged mastermind of the March 12, 2003 assassination of Serbian Prime Minister Zoran Djindjic, Milorad Lukovic alias Legija, (C) awaits the beginning of his trial behind a bulletproof glass in the buliding of the Special Court for Trials Against Organized Crime in Belgrade on 10 May, 2004. The trial was postponed until 10 June upon demand by Lukovic, who surrendered to Serbian police on 2 May.
