AUSTRIA-VOTE
Austrian Social-democrate (SPOe) chairman and minister for infrastructure, Werner Faymann and his wife Martina Ludwig-Faymann cast their ballot on September 28, 2008 in Vienna during the general elections. Polls opened Sunday in Austria in early general elections that were expected to see the far-right gain ground, after the collapse of the left-right coalition that had been in power for less than two years.
