(CORRECTION) Australian Foreign Minister Stephen Smith (R) accompanied by Philippine Education Secretary Jesli Lapus (not in photo) talks to Muslim students during a visit at the Arabic language and Islamic values education at the Baseco government elementary school in Manila on October 9, 2008. Smith announced Australia will provide 13 million Australian dollars (9.14 million USD) to improve access to better quality primary education for the minority Muslim and indigenous children in the Philippines.
