MEXICO-CRIME
Police tow a minivan after they found four people dead inside the vehicle with several gunshoot of AK47 rifle in Tijuana, Baja California state, Mexico, on October 09, 2008 informed the state police. With these four dead the toll in one day rose to 24 across Mexico. A government crackdown on drug-related violence, initiated by President Felipe Calderon almost two years ago and including the deployment of 36,000 troops, has showed no sign of stopping the killings.
