GERMANY-GHANA-PEACE-PRIZE-ANNAN
Former UN Secretary General Koffi Annan (R) signs the guest book of Muenster as Muenster's mayor Berthold Tillmann looks on, October 11, 2008 at the city hall in Muenster, western Germany. Annan was awarded the Westfaelischer Friedenspreis peace prize for his visions of a peaceful world.
