IRAQ-UNREST-GRAVE
Family members of the 22 sheperds kidnapped and killed last year by suspected al-Qaeda gunmen pray on October 15, 2008 over two coffins containing the remains of their relatives at Karbala's public hospital. The Iraqi army has unearthed a mass grave near the Shiite holy city of Karbala believed to contain the bodies of 22 shepherds kidnapped last year by Al-Qaeda, according to security and hospital sources. The mass grave was found on the northern outskirts of Karbala, 100 kilometres (62 miles) south of the Iraqi capital. AFP PHOTO / MOHAMMED SAWAF
