An Iraqi man rushes a severely wounded girl to the Baquba central hospital, northeast of Baghdad on October 29, 2008 after she was injured by an IED (Improvised Explosive Device) at a central Market in the city. The girl was killed and 11 other people were wounded when an IED device went off in the market in Diyala province.
