This picture released by the US Navy on November 2, 2008 shows a Standard Missile-3 (SM-3) being launched on November 1 from the Pearl Harbor-based guided-missile destroyer USS Paul Hamilton en route to an intercept over an open ocean area northwest of Kauai as part of Pacific Blitz 08.
