MEXICO-AIRCRAFT-CRASH
A Mexican policeman inspects burned cars after an aircraft crashed in Mexico City on November 5, 2008. The toll from a plane crash yesterday in central Mexico City, in which the interior minister died, rose to 13, the city's prosecutor Miguel Angel Mancera said. "There have been no signs that permit another hypothesis than an accident, but investigations will explore all possibilities," Transport Minister Luis Tellez said in a statement.
