ESTONIA-NATO-UKRAINE
Allied defense ministers meet in Tallinn on November 13, 2008 with their Ukrainian counterpart to discuss Kiev's bid for NATO membership, which host country Estonia called a "litmus test" for European security. From left: Ukrainian Defense Minister Yuri Yekhanurov, Estonian President Toomas-Hendrik Ilves and NATO Secretary-General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer.
