BELGIUM-EU-INDIA-ATTACKS-DE KERCHOVE
EU Counter-Terrorism Coordinator Gilles de Kerchove gives a joint press on the recent attacks in Bombay, on November 27, 2008, at the EU headquarters, in Brussels.
