BELGIUM-EU-CLIMATE-WARNING
Polish European Affairs Minister and Secretary of State of the Office of the Committe for European Integration Mikolaj Dowgielewicz talks during a joint press conference on November 27, 2008, in Brussels. European Union nations are far from agreement on measures to fight global warming and there is no guarantee a deal will be done by an EU summit in two weeks, a Polish minister warned today.
