France's Amaury Leveaux celebrates after breaking the men's 100m world record with 45.12sec in winning his semi-final at the European shortcourse championships in Rijeka on December 12, 2008. Leveaux beat the old mark of 45.69sec set by Olympic 100m champion Alain Bernard of France five days ago in Angers, France.
