ALGERIA-OIL-ENERGY-OPEC
Russian Deputy Prime Minister Igor Sechin (2ndL) arrives for the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) meeting, on December 16, 2008 in Oran. Oran will host a key meeting of the oil cartel in Algeria on December 17.
