Japan's auto giant Honda Motor president Takeo Fukui scratches his head during the year-end press conference at the company's headquarters in Tokyo on December 17, 2008. Honda cut its full-year forecast by more than half, its third revision downwards this year due to a soaring yen and a global economic slowdown.
