BELGIUM-CRIME-CHILDREN-TRIAL
Bouchaid Moqadem, former husband of Genevieve Lhermitte, Belgian 42-year-old woman found guilty of the murder of her five children in February 2007, came to hear the verdict at the Assize Court of Brabant-Wallon (Walloon Brabant province), in Nivelles, on December 19, 2008. Lhermitte could face life in jail for slitting the throats of her children when the court in Nivelles, 30 kilometres south of Brussels, sentences her.
