Dendermonde public prosecutor Christian Du Four gives a press conference on January 26, 2009 at the Dendermonde police station about 20-year old Kim De Gelder, who killed on January 23 three people, including two babies, in a knife attack at a children's daycare center in Dendermonde, western Belgium.
