BELGIUM-CRIME-CHILDREN-SUSPECT
The suspect in the January 23, 2009 knife attack at a Belgian daycare center in Dendermonde, southwest of Antwerp, 20-year old Kim De Gelder (back, R), wearing glasses, arrives on January 27, 2009 at the Dendermonde courthouse to appear before the council chamber. De Gelder, who has been charged with killing two babies, aged six and nine months, and a nurse at the daycare center, voiced regret on January 26 about the slayings, according to his lawyer.
