HUNGARY-ENERGY-PIPELINE-NABUCCO-SUMMIT
Hungarian Prime Minister Ferenc Gyurcsany (L) welcomes on January 27, 2009 participants at the Nabucco summit in Budapest. Nabucco is a 3,400-km (2,112-mile) pipeline between Turkey and Austria aimed at transporting up to 31 billion cubic metres of gas each year from the Caspian Sea to western Europe, bypassing Russia and Ukraine.
