FRANCE-WEATHER-STORM
Technicians of the French EDF power company, coming from Martinique, French West Indies, to provide assistance, arrive to repair power lines on January 27, 2009 in Auzielle, southwestern France, following the week-end storm, the worst to hit France since one in 1999. The storm left 276,000 French homes without power and 26 dead across southern Europe and caused several hundreds of millions of euros in damage in France. AFP PHOTO REMY GABALDA
