FRANCE-WEATHER-STORM
Technicians of the French EDF power company, coming from Martinique, French West Indies, to provide assistance, try to repair power lines on January 27, 2009 in Auzielle, southwestern France, following the week-end storm, the worst to hit France since one in 1999.
