CUBA-US-PEREZ ROQUE
Cuban Foreign Minister Felipe Perez Roque, speaks during a press conference at the Foreign Ministry in Havana on January 28, 2009. Perez Roque said that a proposal about exchanging prisoners made by Cuban President Raul Castro to the US back in October 2008 also stands for the Government of President Barack Obama.
