Israeli Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni talks to a reporter during her tour of local bars in the port of Tel Aviv late on January 29, 2009 as part of her electoral campaign. Hawkish former prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu remains in a strong position to regain the premiership after the February 10 elections, according to an opinion poll published on January 30.
