Relatives and friends prepare to bury slain journalist, Said Tahlil, on February 5, 2009 in Mogadishu. Tahlil, the director of the Horn Afrik private radio station, was gunned down on February 4 by unidentified gunmen in the restive Somalia capital near Bakara market. The radio's previous director was also assasinated in 2007. Somalia is one of the world's most dangerous countries, for journalists, where media houses have been forced to shut down by authorities and many journalists, local and foreign routinely threatened, kidnapped or murdered.
