Former German Foreign Minister Joschka Fischer and his wife Minu Barati arrive on the red carpet at the Berlinale Palace for the premiere of the film "The International" by German director Tom Tykwer presented in competition for the Golden Bear at the 59th Berlinale Film Festival in Berlin February 5, 2009.
