Scottish actress and jury president Tilda Swinton and festival director Dieter Kosslick address the public as they arrive at the Berlinale Palace for the premiere of the film "The International" by German director Tom Tykwer presented in competition for the Golden Bear at the 59th Berlinale Film Festival in Berlin February 5, 2009.
