Norway's Petter Solberg steers his Citroen Xsara during the second leg of the 2009 Rally of Norway world championship on February 14, 2009 in Ringsaker, some 140 kms north of Oslo. France's Sebastien Loeb was in first place after today's leg of the race, while Finland's Mikko Hirvonen stood in second, and Finland's Jari-Matti Latvala third. Solberg took sixth for the day.
