FRANCE-TOURISM-ACCOR
(FILES) A picture taken on May 13, 2008 in Bagnolet, shows Gilles Pelisson, chief executive officer of France's Accor group. Accor, Europe's leading hotel group, published on February 25, 2009 its 2008 results, reporting a 34.9 percent drop in net profits for 2008 to 575 million euros (737 million euros). The group attributed the decline in part to a fall in capital gains on asset disposals, down more than two thirds from 481 million euros in 2007 to 150 million euros. Pelisson was appointed on February 24 at the head of the administration council, replacing Serge Weinberg who resigned with four other members AFP PHOTO PIERRE VERDY
